Board of Directors

A plural team, democratically escollit, at the service of the communities.

Composition

The Board of Directors of AEI.cat is made up of representatives of the federated entities, members of the General Assembly. His mandate is four years, renewable once.

  • Presidency. Institutional representation and strategic direction.
  • Vice Presidency. Internal coordination and relations between entities.
  • Secretariat. Official records, documentation and communications.
  • Treasure shop. Economic management and financial transparency.
  • Vocalies. Thematic areas (training, youth, mesquites, dona, jurídic).

Operation

The Board meets on a monthly basis and is held annually in the General Assembly. All acts are accessible to the Transparency section.
